19th April (Monday)

Breakfast:
  • Organic Weet Bix with organic oat milk
  • Organic Gala apple
  • Water
Lunch:
  • Sweet potato salad - sweet potato, rocket, onion, cucumber, olives, sundried tomato, chickpeas, celery, red capsicum and tomato
  • Veg fried rice with peas and corn
  • Orange juice
Dinner:
  • 2 curried veg sausages in chia wholemeal bread
  • Water
Dessert:
  • Vanilla soy ice cream
  • A handful of rocket leaves
