Lunch:
- Light pasta salad
- Half of bottle of berry flavoured water

- 1 handful of raw almonds
Dinner:
- Vegetable bolognaise (mushrooms, bok choy, green capsicum, corn spears, zucchini and carrot) with brown rice with red wine & basil sauce

- Bowl of tropical sorbet
