16th May (Sunday)

Breakfast:
  • 2 pieces of toasted sourdough bread with Marmite 
  • 1 glass of breakfast juice
Lunch:
  • 1 bowl of chips and gravy
  • 1 bowl of green salad
Snack:
  • Sweet William 'Rice Crackle' flavoured chocolate
  • 1 cup of lemon sorbet
Dinner:
  • 1 Fry's vegetarian burger patty with BBQ sauce with peas, corn and carrot.
  • 2 glasses of water  
Snack:
  • 2 apricot biscuits
