7th February (Sunday)

Breakfast:
  • Weetbix with soy milk
  • Water
Lunch:
  • 'Beef' noodles
  • Water
Snack:
  • Crackers with Tofutti cream cheese
Dinner:
  • Tomato, onion and basil vegetable sausages with broccoli, cauliflower, corn, peas, green beans and fried onion
  • Cranberry and boysenberry cordial
Snack:
  • Mixed nuts
Exercise:
  • 20 minute walk
