25th March (Thursday)

Breakfast:
  • Banana
  • Cup of orange juice
Lunch:
  • Cheeseless vegetarian pizza (sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, eggplant, onion, artichoke, olives and pineapple)
  • Half a bowl of chips
Afternoon Tea:
  • A glass of water
Dinner:
  • A bowl of salad (mushroom, tomato, carrot, broccoli and beetroot)
  • A glass of water
Dessert:
  • 2 chocolate chip cookies
  • A big cup of water
