  • Hot weetbix with soy milk
  • Water
Lunch:
  • Mixed green salad
  • Water
Snack:
  • Banana snack bar
Dinner:
  • 3 hash browns, mixed veg and mushrooms
Snack:
  • 2 peaches
  • 8 mentos lollies
  • 1 piece of banana bread
