15th February (Monday)

Breakfast:
  • Green grapes
  • Water
Snack:
  • Strawberry licorice
  • Water
  • Lime and black pepper rice bites
Lunch:
  • Salad sandwich - brown bread, avocado, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, beetroot, carrot, onion, capsicum and salad sprouts
  • Water
Dinner:
  • Fried vegetable rice
  • Fried noodles
  • 5 little spring rolls
  • Sweet and sour sauce
  • Water
Exercise: 20 minute walk
