  • Hot weetbix with soy milk
  • Water
Lunch:
  • Baked bean toasted sandwich
  • Water
Dinner:
  • Potato, pumpkin, 2 x corn on the cob and cannelini beans
Snack:
  • Frozen cranberry and boysenberry cordial
