My (vegan) food diary. I'm doing this so I can see how healthy (or unhealthy) I am eating. Also so non vegans (especially aspiring vegans) can see what I eat and that you can eat amazing, nutritious food without having to consume animal products.

Baked bean toasted sandwich

Dinner:
Potato, pumpkin, 2 x corn on the cob and cannelini beans
