Exercise:
  • 50 minute walk
Breakfast:
  • Vegemite on soy and linseed toast
  • Glass of chocolate soy milk
Snack:
  • Green ice block
  • Drink of water
Lunch:
  • Large fries with sweet and sour sauce
  • Orange juice
Snack:
  • Pineapple licorice
Dinner:
  • Mixed veg (carrot, peas, corn, broccoli, cauliflower and potato), hot chips & vegetarian (vegan) nuggets
  • Drink of boysenberry cordial
Dessert:
  • Cup of lemon sorbet
  • Drink of water
