19th January (Tuesday)

Breakfast:
  • Vegemite on 2 pieces of soy and linseed toast
  • Handful of almonds
  • Water
Lunch:
  • Long grain white rice with mixed veg (carrot, corn, peas, broccoli and cauliflower) and soy sauce 
  • Tropical cordial
Dinner:
  • Fried rice, mixed stir fried veg, fried noodles, hokkien noodles etc and sweet and sour sauce :))
  • Water
