- Vegemite on 2 pieces of soy and linseed toast
- Handful of almonds
- Water
- Long grain white rice with mixed veg (carrot, corn, peas, broccoli and cauliflower) and soy sauce
- Tropical cordial
- Fried rice, mixed stir fried veg, fried noodles, hokkien noodles etc and sweet and sour sauce :))
