My (vegan) food diary. I'm doing this so I can see how healthy (or unhealthy) I am eating. Also so non vegans (especially aspiring vegans) can see what I eat and that you can eat amazing, nutritious food without having to consume animal products.

18th January (Monday)
Breakfast:
A bowl of Special K Forest Berries with soy milk
Lunch:
A bowl of chips with BBQ sauce
1 glass of water
Snack:
1/2 bar of premium dark block chocolate and mint crisp
Dinner:
Roasted pumpkin, roasted sweet potato, roasted onion and roasted zucchini.
