18th January (Monday)

Breakfast:
  • A bowl of Special K Forest Berries with soy milk
Lunch:
  • A bowl of chips with BBQ sauce
  • 1 glass of water
Snack:
  • 1/2 bar of premium dark block chocolate and mint crisp  

Dinner:
  • Roasted pumpkin, roasted sweet potato, roasted onion and roasted zucchini.
