17th January (Sunday)

Breakfast:
  • Left overs of veg casserole 
  • Almonds
Lunch:
  • Hot chips with BBQ sauce
  • Water 
Snack:
  • 'Rice Crackle' Sweet William dairy free chocolate 
Dinner:
  • Diced potatoes in their jackets with dijonnaise
  • 2 corn on the cobs 
Dessert:
  • 1/2 bar of premium dark block chocolate and mint crisp 
Snack:
  • A glass of soda, lime and bitters.
  • A glass of water.
Exercise:
  • 25 minute walk
