13th January (Wednesday)

Breakfast:
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • Drink of water
Lunch:
  • Lentils and rice
  • 1 stuffed vine leaf (dolmade)
  • Drink of water
Exercise:
  • 15 minute walk 
     Dinner:
    • Vegetables (onion, mushrooms, red capsicum, green beans and zucchini) & Thai rice noodles with arrabbiata sauce.
