My (vegan) food diary. I'm doing this so I can see how healthy (or unhealthy) I am eating. Also so non vegans (especially aspiring vegans) can see what I eat and that you can eat amazing, nutritious food without having to consume animal products.

13th January (Wednesday)
Breakfast:
2 nectarines
1 handful of almonds
Drink of water
Lunch:
Lentils and rice
1 stuffed vine leaf (dolmade)
Drink of water
Exercise:
15 minute walk
Dinner:
Vegetables (onion, mushrooms, red capsicum, green beans and zucchini) & Thai rice noodles with arrabbiata sauce.
